We help people with disabilities identify employment goals, understand their options, find opportunities, and access the support and resources that can help them succeed at work.
Through our Ticket to Work Employment Network (EN), we serve Social Security disability beneficiaries nationwide as a proud member of the American Dream Employment Network (ADEN).
Purposeful People, Inc. also provides contracted employment services through Wyoming Vocational Rehabilitation for eligible individuals in our local service area.

Our Goal is Your Goal!
Our mission at Purposeful People, Inc. is to support employment first and employment for all by providing quality, individualized, choice-based services to job-seekers in order to find, obtain, and retain employment and to live their best life. In order to achieve this, we provide extensive work readiness training including assessments, résume building, service learning, and more. Our experience in assisting job-seekers develop important work skills required for interacting with potential employers through direct, repeated experience, connection to the community, and building of "soft skills" essential to workplace success. Some of these "soft skills" include:
